wunderbar beta 4 released

Looks like I forgot to post about beta 3 which I released about two weeks ago.

Today it’s beta 4 day with some new features and bugfixes.

  • [Feature] Sort tasks by due date
  • [Feature] wunderbar displays a traybubble if the user openend the application the first time.
  • [Feature] Global shortcuts for creating a new task and syncing lists and tasks.
  • [Feature] wunderbar detects man-in-the-middle attacks with manipulated ssl-certificates (Ok, maybe a bit over the top, but it was interesting to implement :) )
  • [Bug] Traywindow dummy appeared sometimes

  • [Bug] In some cases the transmitted date-value can be null which caused an NullReferenceException.
  • [Bug] Problem when inserting more as one task between one syncinterval (epic fail).
  • [Bug] If a task is marked as done wunderbar sets now the doneDate-property properly.
  • [Feature] It’s now possible to configure if due/overdue tasks should appear on top of the contextmenu.

There is a new beta in town. It’s called wunderbar beta 2 and brings some new features, bugfixes and finally a settingsdialog:

The next beta will come with an auto-update feature, I promise :-)

wunderbar beta 1 released

Good news everyone!
Today I released the first beta version of wunderbar, my windowsclient for wunderlist.

Features

  • The trayicon shows the number of due tasks: wunderbar
  • Overdue tasks will be highlighted in red
  • Due dates are now relative (today, tomorrow, yesterday…)
  • wunderbar syncs automatically every five minutes new tasks and lists
  • It supports an portable-mode (read more about in the f.a.q.s )
  • and some more goodies

But that’s not all, there are a few more features on the roadmap

If you’re looking for a slim and sexy Windowsclient for Wunderlist by 6Wunderkinder which fits a bit better into the Windows Environment like the official one then I’ve got good news for you.

It’s called wunderbar and is a slim .NET 4.0 powered Windowsclient for your Wunderlist-Account. wunderbar is still in development but you can download and compile the source from GitHub and see what happens. I tested it but please be carefull of what you’re doing.
